What is OGI?
A hub that links to specialized stores on separate subdomains (e.g., mc.ogi.lol). Checkout is handled by Stripe via Sellhub.
Are items verified?
Listings are reviewed before going live. Verification reflects the state at delivery and can’t guarantee future outcomes (bans, policy changes, recoveries).
Delivery times
Most orders deliver instantly once payment clears. High-value items may require additional verification.
Refunds and disputes
If an item doesn’t match the listing at delivery, contact us promptly with evidence. We investigate and may offer a replacement or refund. We can’t refund issues caused by buyer actions or third-party changes after successful delivery.
Compliance with platform rules
Buyers are responsible for following applicable laws and platform terms. We do not encourage or condone misuse; violating listings are removed.
Data & payments
Stripe via Sellhub processes payments. Card data doesn’t touch our servers. We store only the minimum info needed to operate the service (see Privacy).
Support response times
Most tickets are answered within 24–48 hours on business days. Urgent order issues are prioritized.
